Unique depth control

One of the great advantages of the Rapid drill is its ingenious depth control system. Each wheel in the packer roll guides two seed coulters to a preset drilling depth, while at the same time applying careful reconsolidation. This takes place continuously, without any delay and with good contouring.

Consolidation

Before drilling, the soil is consolidated by the tractor wheels. The pivot packer on Rapid ensures that the same reconsolidation is exerted on areas between tractor wheels.

The toolbar cultivates and levels the soil. Depending on your needs, you can choose between three different systems, each by itself or in combination - System Crossboard, System Agrilla, System Disc

Drilling

Seed discs cut through soil and trash, creating a fine tilth. At the same time, fertiliser is placed midway between seed rows at an optimal depth just below seed depth. The seed is covered by fine soil created by the serrated edges of the discs.

Reconsolidation

The packer wheels break up and crush clods. Each wheel reconsolidates the soil over two rows of seed and one row of fertiliser. Seed is well bedded in and provided with optimum conditions for germination.
