The maintenance-free and practically indestructible rubber suspension absorbs impacts and collisions, which markedly increases the lifetime of discs and bearings and therefore of the entire machine.
Adjustable disc arms are fitted at the extremities of the System Disc front tool and allow fine tuning of the outside discs. This allows the operator to eliminate any trench that may be left behind.
It is easy to adjust the working depth on Carrier. The roller controls the entire machine and the depth can be adjusted hydraulically from the cab. Maximum cultivation depth is set using clips placed on the cylinder.
At the heart of all Carrier machines are two rows of serrated conical discs with a diameter of 450mm, manufactured from the hard and durable V55 steel.
The final zone of Carrier consists of a row of rubber or steel rings that firm the soil.
