Väderstad-Verken named supplier of the year by Agrimarket in Finland.
The Agrimarket chain chooses its partners of the year from within the agriculture and machinery business and the iron and horticulture sector. The partners chosen are ‘leaders in their respective sectors that greatly improve their products and their operations and act in accordance with the approach to business and values of the Agrimarket chain. Other important criteria are smooth cooperation and economic success.’

Finländskt journalistbesök
The award was presented to Per Andersson and Bo Stark during a two-day visit by eight Finnish journalists, accompanied by representatives from Agrimarket. There were a number of different talks by the company and the visitors were given a detailed presentation of the factory and of testing activities. The demonstration of test rigs and machine destruction in Kimme made a particularly strong impression.
5000 m Rapid
Agrimarket is the Väderstad import agent in Finland, which was one of our first export markets. As far back at the mid-1960s, Väderstad began exporting machinery to Finland. The Agrimarket chain has sold Väderstad products since 1992, and stocks all the product families in its range: harrows, cultivators, disc implements and seed drills. They have been particularly successful with sales of Rapid combi-drills. The total working width of all Rapid 300-400C sold in Finland amounts to almost 5 km, which is equivalent to around 1500 Rapid machines in Finland.
