Rapid A 400-800S

The pivot packer on Rapid ensures that the same reconsolidation is exerted on areas between tractor wheels. Pivot packer consists of two pairs of pivoting wheels that are pulled by the tractor lower link arms. The pivot packers two major tasks is to consolidate the soil in-between the tractor wheels to achieve uniform condsolidation all over the machine width and reduce radius of headland turning.

The pivot packer can be fitted with two extra wheels, increasing the carrying capacity with 50%. This option is an advantage on very light soils to prevent the pivot packer sinking too low.

Rapid A 400-800S can be complemented with wing packers that consolidate the soil in front of the wing sections. This improves emergence on light soils.

Rapid A 400-800S can be provided with track eradicators to effectively loosen the soil in the tractor wheel tracks. The track eradicators are individually adjusted to the desired depth.

The CrossBoard Heavy toolbar makes the Rapid drill short and responsive. The turning circle on headlands is impressively small and it is easy to reverse the machine out of corners in the field. CrossBoard Heavy consists of hardened CrossBoard tines with angled wearing plates to provide aggressive cultivation. Clods are crushed and the soil is leveled. The CrossBoard tines do not draw up stones and is therefore suitable for stony fields.

System Agrilla has its rightful place on lighter soils where thorough loosening is required or on soils where the surface is hard. The tines efficiently rip loose large amounts of material. System Agrilla efficiently breaks capillary transport of water to the surface, levels the field after ploughing and moves fine material down into the seedbed.

It consists of two rows of intensively cutting discs (410mm diameter) that are slightly conical in shape. System Disc is ideal for farms using min till where the fields are leveled. A Rapid equipped with System Disc copes very well with crop residues as all cultivation is carried out by discs.

System Disc CrossBoard Light is our most flexible front tool. It consists of two rows of intensively cutting discs (410mm) that are slightly conical in shape. In addition, a row of CrossBoard tines, levels the soil surface in tough conditions.

System Disc Aggressive CrossBoard Light is a perfect front tool for min-till farming. It will handle all conditions from stubble to ploughed land. The two rows of 450mm conical discs will aggressively cut the top layer of soil and mix straw, soil and residues very intensively. The fine tilth created ensures a good seed-to-soil contact, promoting the germination of volunteers and weeds.
