The ProStop stop wheel is designed to flex in its core. This means that contact between the stop wheel and the seed is never affected. ProStop maintains important seed-to-soil contact, while minimizing sidewall compaction in the furrow.

Since the Väderstad ProStop wheel absorbs shocks in its core instead of the outer wheel profile, it is able to increase planting performance even further. Like the Tempo planter, ProStop is designed to deliver excellent results at very high planting speeds.
